Once there was a man who wanted some rental property real cheap. He hired a bunch of rabble rousers to commit crimes in the surrounding area so the property value would go down.The property values went down and he got a real good deal on a lot of properties. Unfortunately, the rabble rousers he hired would not stop causing problems.
They kept burglarizing and robbing and they would not stop until he paid them to stop.
The man finally had to leave town before the thieves and thugs ratted on him. He now lives in a secure penthouse in Chicago under an alias.
The criminals never did report the man to the police because they would have to turn themselves in. They just keep robbing, burglarizing, and vandalizing.
